well. the maid cant pay because we give her 15$ PER month. and we cant deduct it because... IN rural places of Nepal , where my servant comes from, one family consists of 9/10 sons or daughters .. so that 15$ directly goes to her HUGE family.

You only give her $15 a month? Wow. What an asshole

Check the location, they're in Nepal. I expect that might be something resembling a decent wage out there...

all they need is a light dusting, I'd fire her and demand the money to replace it

I clicked on YDI simply because I saw how much you pay the maid. I pay my cleaning lady that much an hour, and I help her with lifting heavy stuff and I give her produce from the garden. Cleaning is literally one of the shittiest jobs ever, especially if you have to work for entitled kids who cry over their gaming consoles. She's from Nepal, do you seriously expect she'd know how to clean stuff like that when she's probably never touched one before in her life? Give her a bonus, $100 per family member, and pay her a decent sum of money. If you can't afford that, let her work just one hour a month for that salary, and the rest of the time get off your back side and clean the place yourself since you're so good at criticising how she does it.

If you can afford a maid you can afford a new one. ydi
