The ****, that's DISGUSTING. I don't care if a towel has been used to dry a CLEAN person, it still goes near their genitals and whatnot. It still gets wet, and dries again, and starts to stink, and gets all... mildewed. Especially if the whole family is doing it. FYL OP, because that is one gross bunch of people you're living with.
I would be grossed out too op, don't feel bad! I use my towel maybe three times but it's my own towel! I wash my hair every other day so I use it twice to wipe myself off n once fo my hair. I wouldn't like the idea of using another persons towel or someone using my towel..
Same thing with my family, every towel is exactly the same, i have to feel around to see which is the driest
YDI, its a towel rack, as in where they dry, not where mommy hangs them for you to use. And jeez, what's the big deal? Germaphobe.
Just thought of something, what if she has a teenage brother that wanks it in the shower? I doubt you can spread an STD, but that would be sick....
I'd be more worried about the shower itself than the towels, then. Because the sensible thing to do after masturbating in the shower would be to wash your body and hands. So the towel would still be relatively "clean" once the guy dried himself off with it. The shower, on the other hand...what if he got spunk on the shower wall, or even worse, the faucet or hot/cold water handle, (anywhere the shower spray wouldn't normally reach) and it just...dried there? Ewwwww.

I don't follow your logic, kiddo. Doesn't everybody in your household have their own towel? Or... do you expect that everybody uses a towel only once, then places it in the hamper soaking wet, and then puts a new towel on the rack? Me, I use towels for a few days before they go in the laundry, unless they're really dirty. (It would be really expensive and take up a ton of space to have a set of towels for every day of the week.) Between uses, they sit on the rack to dry. When I was a kid, each had our own bath towel, and would do the same thing. If you leave wet towels in the hamper for a few days, they're going to get moldy and gross - that's why you let them dry out, first. You're not going to die from using the same towel as a blood relative.
Shouldn't you be clean after you shower??? Its like using a dish towel to dry your dishes after you clean them.
