You shouldn't look down on her deeply held religious beliefs. I am a believer too, but I believe that you don't have to do anything to get ready for the "rapture".
No one knows the day or the hour...even though I have heard theories that the rapture will not happen...either way the world could have ended a little under a year ago...
Just blast off, sure shot cause the man from Mars stopped eatin' cars and eatin' bars And now he only eats guitars
Blondie's- "Rapture" was considered the first "rap" song to play on the radio. Others would claim it was "Rapper's Delight". :P
Ha, I almost thought she saw that new movie with Anna Kendrick and Craig Robinson.
did she join westboro baptist church as well?
Armageddon: 3000 years of aaaany day now.
2013 A.D. ... A.D. doesn't actually stand for "after death" as some would claim it actually stands for the latin phrase "Anno Domini" which loosely translates to "In the year of our Lord" meaning if Christ were still alive today he'd be approximately 2013 years old....so here's the point if Jesus is only approximately 2000 years old then who's been waiting for 3000 years?
Oh and Armageddon is misused there....the movie had it wrong..see the phrase Armageddon comes from the bible and has it's origins in ancient Greek and Aramaic....it means The Battle Of Maggedo which according to the Bible is supposed to take place in The Valley Of Maggedo, hence the name Battle Of Maggedo and phrase Armageddon. Also The Battle of Maggedo is supposed to be the final battle between the Antichrist and his followers and Christ and his saints set to take place at the END of the 7 year tribulation period talked about in the Book of Revelations, meanwhile the Rapture is supposed to take place BEFORE the 7 years tribulation period and therefore has nothing to do with Armageddon...just so you know
