Today, my mom took a bright red sharpie and drew a red circle just above my breasts. She said, "If I can see this, ever, your shirt is either too low cut or too see through and it will be thrown away." FML

How is this an FML? If your shirts are too low cut then they are too low cut. Trust me, if you don't have a sense of decency, whether that be manners or clothing, it can cause problems and even get a second FML of yours posted.
