Today, my new bunny decided she is only going to eat carrots. If I put anything else in her food bowl, she viciously attacks the bowl until all of the food has spilled out. FML

I'm not sure what else you expected when you got a bunny. They like carrots. That's a fact.

Better stock up on carrots then OP. What bunny wants, bunny gets!

Don't feed anything. Starve the rabbit for a day, then try rabbit food. If it doesn't work starve it for another day, and so on. Eventually it will get so hungry it has to eat.

This is possibly the cutest yet meanest thing I've ever seen on this site

If your rabbit eats only carrots it will die of malnutrition please google the right foods to feed it,you really should have researched this before you got a rabbit.

Maybe they have done their research. Hence them trying to feed the rabbit other things than just carrots...

That much sugar will kill her. Give her proper food and hay, and you have to train the behavior out of her. I worked in rabbit rescue, feel free to message me with any questions. Good luck, OP!

Then just feed her carrots.... how does this **** up your life?

Actually, feeding a rabbit too many carrots can actually cause them to have gas & rabbits can't fart or burp so the gas build up will cause their inside to explode and you have a poor little dead rabbit...

You may have to resort to feeding her a diet of fresh veggies and SOME fruit (not a whole lot because too much sugar is bad for them, but a bit here and there is an okay treat). My last bunbun was STUBBORN and ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT eat packaged rabbit food from a pet store. No matter what we did. We tried just leaving it there for days, we tried starving him, tried different brands... He would simply ignore it and let birds or squirrels come and take it while he munched on grass. His enclosure was a hutch we had built to stand with the natural ground as the floor, so he had gotten used to eating fresh grass and the alfalfa I tossed into his hidey shelter, and my stepfather always threw him the veggie (and some fruit) scraps from his morning smoothies and salads he made for his lunches at work. So he was one spoiled bunbun, but frankly he did well on the fresh vegetation diet and we never had to buy pet store food again, and he lived for a long time. So it's not always a good thing to try and force them to eat a food they don't like, sometimes they will just refuse until they starve, and they won't die if you don't feed them pet store food as long as they get an appropriate substitute diet of fresh veggies and some fruit. Do your research so you know what is safe for your bunbun, and good luck!

Stereotypes are getting out of hand......Is the bunny, perhaps, tall, gray, and white?

carrots should only be used as a treat. their main diet should be pellets and timothy hay. they will eat it after they get dove throwing a fit.
