Today, my parents went to the Cayman Islands, leaving me at home in freezing Iowa. Also, even though I never get into trouble, they don't trust me enough to be home on my own. So they hired a babysitter to stay with me until they get back. I'm 17. FML

Today, I tried to surprise my parents by coming home from college for Spring Break. I arrived to find a dark house, with all the doors bolted shut. After calling them, I found out that they have gone on a vacation to Hawaii for a week. I am now locked out of my own house, with no where to stay. FML

Today, I went over to confront my parents about how my siblings always get to visit and all I do when I’m over is work on their house or take care of grandma. My mom was very upset. Then she snuck out with my sister, leaving me to take care of grandma until she got back. FML

Today, I woke up seeing my neighbor's 5-year-old daughter next to me. She said good morning and handed me a note from her dad saying that I owe him and he's cashing in. So, I'm babysitting as her parents escape to the Bahamas for 2 weeks. My annual 2 weeks vacation starts today too. FML

Today, my mom and dad went off somewhere for some alone time together. My mom had apparently turned her phone off and my dad left his at home. In that span of time, my brother had accidentally locked himself out of his house, and my sister was also trying to get a hold of them, and now are asking me where they're at. FML

Seriously, if your babysitter is hot, have sex with her then rub it in your parents' faces. Even if you're not a lesbian, just give it a shot. You might actually have fun and tell your parents you did it out of spite and that they should have trusted you. Might as well have fun if you're getting accused for stuff, right!?

I can understand the parents almost, I left my daughter alone once because she's never done anything wrong, she had a huge party and cost us a buttload of money in damages

Actually, it's below freezing in Iowa right now, for everyone saying it's not that cold here. Technically, "freezing Iowa" is correct since it's like 30 degrees here.
