Get a slip from your doctor and go talk with the principal with your parents so you won't have to go to PE at all. Make sure to explain how delicate your condition is and how it will be his/her ass on the line if something happens to you while the PE coach is screaming at you.

When I was in school we didn't use a whole lot of pencils in gym class. Items which may be on hand to throw at a person would be: volleyball, football, soccer ball, frisbee, or my personal favourite: the medicine ball.
