People are marking it as something he deserved because he couldve checked the caller ID. But if he didnt see it, its totally understandable.
not everyone checks caller ID first, sometimes it's just instinct to pick up the house phone and just talk without checking. hope your grandma is ok, it's not your fault but it's pretty bad =/
