They have medicine to make the birth less painful but your body does it on it's own thats why you feel so relieved after just giving birth. A water birth is a good choice it helps you relax allowing a less painful birthing process without the need for a epidural so best to explore this and other alternative options then just being put under.
That's encouraging.
No its not, I did it drug free.
If there are 16 year olds out there that can handle it, then I'm sure you can my dear.
Yea it's definitely not that bad. Although keep in my every birth is different, but the worst part for me was getting the IV put in and the stitches afterward. You'll be fine. And you won't really remember it either. So that's a plus ?
It was more like breaking every part of my Body for me. It hurt more than anything I can ever describe in my life time. I was literally dying in-between contractions and coming back alive I can't even remember being awake to have my eyes open cause the pain was soooooooooooooo intense I was going unconscious most of the time and this was all because the doctor induced me and broke my water and right than and there the pain started at 1000000000 mph. And he made me push to find out later the baby was coming out butt first and sent me to emergency c-section.
That's what the epidural is for.

Well, there's no turning back now.
Just take the drugs when they offer them, the epidural may hurt at first but it's so worth it
