Haha, I'm going to PSU next year too and I've had people mix them up in conversation. But I never got a party for getting in. In the future when people ask how UPENN is going, just say "Actually Penn State is going...." But either way good luck next year!
"FYI Animal House is based at Dartmouth University, another ivy league." No, it was filmed at the University of Oregon. Both sides need to chill the **** out and realize that your education is what you make of it. Ivy Leaguers, the name alone won't carry you through life if your grades suck; everyone else, quit acting as if you have something to prove to Ivy Leaguers.
#32 UDel is AWESOME! Its a good school and has one of the best study abroad programs, established in 1923 with trips on all 7 continents, one of the largest programs in the country. 3 signers of the declaration of independence went to Udel, and has one of the top 10 engineering programs in the country...what school do you go to? And OP Penn state is a great school too, its so much fun one of my friends goes there and he has a blast!
I think what's ****** up about this is your stepmom apparently doesn't care enough to actually *know* which school you're going to.... Anyone have any shit to talk about any of the UT schools? We haven't decided which city we're moving to yet, but there's a UT school in basically every one we're looking at. o.O
#77: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Lampoon%27s_Animal_House The screenplay was adapted by Douglas Kenney, Chris Miller and Harold Ramis from stories written by Miller and published in National Lampoon magazine based on his experiences in the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity at Dartmouth College, as well as Ramis's experiences in the Zeta Beta Tau fraternity at Washington University in St. Louis. In 2006 Miller wrote a more comprehensive memoir of his experiences in Dartmouth's AD house in a book entitled: "The Real Animal House: The Awesomely Depraved Saga of the Fraternity That Inspired the Movie." I didnt say filmed, I said it was BASED from Dartmouth.
Last I heard (I work at PSU) it's the #2 party school in the country. So you'll be partying AND people will think you're IVY league. That's a win.
lol 81 and congrats on gettin in to penn state

At least you weren't the kid who got into UPenn and then had everyone hold him a Penn State party.
