Today, my unemployed boyfriend and I went to the casino. I gave him twenty dollars to play on. He won $1000 on a dollar machine then jackpotted the ten dollar machine for $20,000. When we got home he broke up with me. I have been working two jobs to get our own place. Move in Date?? 2 weeks. FML

Today, I went to the casino and put $500 into a game and lost it all. I tried another $100 and won it all back, plus some. Instead of walking out ahead, I kept trying to hit bigger and ended up losing all my rent money. Rent is due and now I can’t pay it. FML

Today, I told my unemployed boyfriend to pick a town anywhere in the country that he thinks he can find work in. I offered to find myself a job there, find a flat, and pay for rent, bills, and food while he looks. He said I was selfish for wanting him to hurry up. It's been three years. FML

This is NOT an FML. One of two things will happen: 1. He will blow the 20 grand on coke and hookers within 2 weeks and then he'll be ready to get back with you in time to move in to the new place OR 2. You'll find another unemployed loser that you can take care of, work two jobs to support, and give casino money to, who WON'T hit a jackpot! Cheer up, little camper! Your life will be just fine.
