wow man that sucks definitely put them in a slideshow or post online if anyone deserved it, it's the cheating scum for taking those pics on a family camera, then trying to delete them and get away with it. In no way did the OP deserve any of this.

Put copies of the un-deleted pics in a VERY safe place. Put a tracker program on your home computer. Slowly transfer your assets; sell your boat (for example) to a good buddy for $100. Hire a Private Investigator to track down the other guy, make sure he's the only one and ensure she's not neglecting the kid (or worse). Run up all your credit cards. It'll become 'joint debt' that she'll be half responsible for, even your PI and divorce atty retainer.

Why are the photos needed? That would be incredibly disturbing. And also, a person's sexuality doesn't change by seeing gay/lesbian action. Don't you know it's genetic? Damn, man. I am so sorry for you. Keep the pictures, as many others have said. Burn them to a CD even and put them somewhere save (even a safe deposit box). Also, see if you can set up a G-Mail account that will pull copies of the e-mails that go to her regular account (this will involve figuring out her password and/or installing tracking software). She has no right to privacy because she's a useless ****, so see if you can't **** with her life at this point. Even log into her personal e-mail and "accidentally" forward a letter between her and the other guy to her family and friends (and co-workers!) if they're exchanging messages that way. As someone else said, divest yourself of assets/hide them. If you have a few friends you can completely trust, sell them your valuables at way under their value. Boat for $100, high-def TV for $10, and so on. If she has food allergies, begin putting things she is allergic to into foods you cook. Nothing lethal, mind, but if she's allergic to MSG, start putting that in things...hell, like her coffee. Lactose intolerant? Milk/cream in EVERYTHING. Laxatives in her food/drinks. Combine them with Immodium to REALLY **** her system up. In my honest opinion, this bitch and the guy deserve to be stretched out on racks and tortured in a way that would make a Medieval torture specialist wince - razors, salt, blowtorches, the whole list. Tazer to the clit. Since you can't get away with that, try and be sure you can have as much of your stuff as possible when you divorce her, and leave her a bloated shit monster.
