Today, on my college visit, I met a perfect girl for me, sweet, gorgeous, on the same career path. I remember everything we talked about, where she is from, what sport she plays, and her recent internship. But when I went to look her up online, I couldn't remember one thing, her name. FML

those are too cliché and if someone did that to me I'd think they were lame. either just straight up ask what her name was again, or ask what they're called on Facebook so he can add her, as some people do change their name on their FB accounts

Try looking up the sport she plays in the town she lives in. Her name and picture ought to appear somewhere.

If you know that much about her, then it's possible you could find her somehow. As a side note, you're faring better than me, considering every woman I talk to who is fine as hell and has actual GOOD conversation skills only wants to be friends. I think you have a chance with this.

See if the university has one of the facebook crush pages where students talk about people who have caught their eye. With any luck someone might be able to help you.
