Today, on the bus, I caught the eye of this ugly, sweaty girl giving me a death stare through the driver's mirror. I gave her a death stare back. Only then I realized I was staring at myself. FML

Today, I was on the bus, heading to work, when the girl beside me started yelling at me, claiming I was staring down her shirt. I did no such thing, but the driver nonetheless stopped the bus and made me get off, all under the withering glares of the other passengers. FML

Today, as I was about to get onto the bus, my bus pass fell out of my hands. Being in a rush, I barely picked it up from the street not having a good grasp of it, just to have it fall again as I was about to swipe it. It felt like the whole bus was staring at me. FML

I think she was zoned out and glanced at the mirror and seen what was thought at the moment to be another girl. Op only noticed when she actually payed attention to the mirror to realize it was her. It happens many times to different people when people don't pay attention

Self pity is never good for anyone OP. If you see something that you are able to change in yourself, don't complain about it. Instead, get up and do something about it.
