Do you not know Methamphetamines basically give people super human strength? The amount of force required to take someone down who is on a high like that is more then one person could do themselves. Which is usually why those people tend to end up getting shot. Look up videos on YouTube. These people can be tazed and shot with less lethals and continue to walk and be a danger to the public. People high on some serious drugs are no joke. Learn about what you're speaking of before opening your mouth and allowing stupid shit to flow out.

Not necessarily. Like #38 said, people on methamphetamine with go to the extremes to please their minds. They can be a great danger to a society, and sometimes the simple 'running away' can't always happen, sadly.
