Shaving doesn't make hair grow back "thicker". Some of you people have absolutely no idea and I wonder how you make yourselves breakfast in the morning without electrocuting yourselves. How could the hair POSSIBLY grow back "thicker". If you actually stop and think for a minute, when you shave you do not actually remove the hair, you just shave (re: cut) it close to the skin. So the hair is still in the follicle itself. Unless you're some type of mutant who can change the thickness of your hair. @OP wax that shit you nasty bitch

Girls typically grow a "mustache." It's a natural thing, though if you're a teenager, it can be devastating for your social life or you could be very sensitive about your body at that young age. It'll probably go away as you get older though, much like how some girls have really think arm hair, but they go away after so long. In anycase, you can wax it off or shave it off or get a laser hair removal. Those are your options unless you're planning on waiting for God to do it, which is a long time coming.

everybody has hair on their upper lip some people's are just darker/thicker dont feel too bad
