Today, the gas station right in front of my apartment had people listening to loud music all night. I have this 3 hour test at 7:30am and didn't get any sleep. Worst of all, here in Brazil, calling the police won't help a thing. Instead of actually helping, they'll stop and join the party. FML

Haha something like that happened in florida... a couple of cops played a guys Nintendo wii for 9 hours when they should have been searching for drugs lmao

lol I saw that, 9 hours playing wii bowling, all catch on tape. that was freaken histerical. During a bad wild fire a few years back, fireman were staying in a trailor on my uncles properity for about 2 weeks. The firemen found the neighboors legal marijuana garden, and spent everynight stealing the weed and smoking.

agree with the fail cops thing Things like this only happen on third-world countries like Dominican republic... for example if a Traffic police enforcement stops you... no problem you just give them a beer and they'll let you go!

Hauehaeuaheaueha This DOES happens in brazil ;D But there are good things about that too... I drive my dad's car since im 14, im 20 now. Sometimes a cop stoped me and then said: "Hi :D How r u ? Tell ur father to show up more times :D" Im not telling i like the brazilian police way to deal with everything, just saying somtimes that may be good too. Sorry about ur test ;D

Hell, if I could party and have the police join in instead of busting it up, I would. That's when you know you can do whatever you want and not get in trouble. Havin' a good ol' time, bustin' the windows out your car and stealin' your identity.

No one steals ID in Brazil, actually. We're totally safe from that, it's way better. The US may be safer but you guys have more worrisome levels of crime. In Brazil, we just stay cool and party.
