So basically you now know that she A) knows you love her romantically (underlined, bold, defo defo true) and B) doesn't love you back. My advice is to try and distance yourself from her as much as possible and persue new woman. that or tell her your love her

Wait, I'm confused by the past tense. You /were/ in love with her, meaning you're not any more. So what's the problem? Either you're exes and still good friends (a good thing), or you're still friends despite a past unrequited love (also a good thing). Maybe the FML is that you don't know how to properly use tenses?
