If you're not a Registered Dietitian, you're not legally a "nutritionist"
Who cares about "legally"? You don't need a government-certified piece of paper to tell you that you are good at something, or correct in your knowledge. Stop buying into the college-student loan complex (sort of like the military industrial complex... the college-student loan complex is where they trick literally EVERYONE into feeling like they need college to succeed... Then they jack up prices of college to like $70,000 or so to graduate from a 4 year university, aka ridiculous amounts... Then they give student loans and also make money on the back end, via the loans, and then the government syphons some of the taxpayer money for these loans away and squanders it, gives it to corrupt politicians for favors... its all corrupt.) Anyway, I make over $200,000, own a remodeling company and I didn't go to college. Sue me!

You don't really need to be a nutritionist to know leather and anything containing cheese isn't vegan. You really just need to know what vegan means.
She was wearing Cheese Itz? :-P
The fundamental reason that 99% of fat people are fat, is because they are PHYSICALLY lazy. They will come up with all sorts of "diets", "plans", "cleanses", "shakes", "healthy habits" blah blah f*cking blah. But wanna know what they refuse to do? They refuse to go down to the track and run 100meter or 400meter sprints until they almost vom, a couple times a week. They refuse to go to the gym and do full body weightlifting routines (safe, with proper form, but intense) 2 to 3x a week. They refuse to run long distance a couple times a week. Basically... You NEED to physically challenge your muscular system, your heart, and your lungs to the point that you feel almost nauseated at the end of it (or at least, a little dizzy, or just very out of breath and exhausted). If you do not do this? Then you are not going to get in good shape. Some people who have naturally fat bodies, need to do this exercise. And when they don't do this exercise, they become fat. No amount of "healthy habits" or "diets" are going to save them. Then of course, they blame it on genetics or whatever. True, their genetics play a part, but they still could avoid being fat if they did the consistent exercises, 9 times out of 10. the politically incorrect fact is, these people just don't. They don't. They would rather light their hair on fire, than actually push themselves at the gym.
Or maybe the vast majority people who are overweight have reasons for being overweight aside from being "lazy." Like medical issues, or maybe the fact that the majority of people work jobs that are mostly sedentary, stressful, or both- with both factors meaning that the person will put on weight. Or the fact that healthy food is more expensive than cheaper foods laden them with chemicals that slow down people's metabolisms. Or the fact that actually, healthy diet is way more important for losing weight and keeping it off than exercise. Or that being heavier set is ACTUALLY a genetic trait. Or the general lack of time available in modern day society because most jobs have shifts that are twelve hours or longer, with commute times up to two hours long both ways. There's also the fact that there are a lot of people that harass overweight people for being overweight. THEN when said person tries to improve themself, the health snobs mock, belittle, insult and otherwise attack them because said health snobs are so insecure in their self worth because of their horrible personalities that no amount of physical attractiveness could counterbalance. So they cope with their shitty personalities by making other people feel bad for not having the time or resources to improve themselves because it lets them maintain the illusions they so desperately need in order to smother how much they hate themselves.
There are plenty of skinny people that only eat pizza and grease, and plenty of bigger people that live very healthy lifestyles. I don't know why you cared to argue with her, it seems to me like you are just an asshole. I mean, scolding someone who is trying to make healthier choices seems like a total dick move to me, along with everything else you said. Obviously you aren't that healthy inside to be acting like this.
Okay... while this is true for some people, a lot of overweight individuals struggles more with the correct dieting than with the physical part about it. Some studies show that dieting is more important(but does not exclude) exercise. The exact numbers varies, but a lot of scientists agrees that a great body comes from 80% diet and only 20% exercise. I have intense work out sessions three times a week, but I really struggle with the diet part because of depression and a life-long dependence on food to make me feel better, so my weight either fluctuates wildly or just stays on overweight without any changes over a period of time. But I am in no way lazy. My point is that you don't lose weight by simply being active, you need to eat right too. An overweight person can easily be active without losing weight. But, as I mentioned at the beginning if my comment, this doesn't mean that this goes for everyone. Some people are just lazy.
Why does it matter that she's 350 pounds or so? Yeah, that's not healthy, and it wouldn't hurt her to eat more healthy things, but what was the point of mentioning it? Would the person not have been as stupid if they'd been 150 pounds instead of 350?
Mentioning her weight was unnecessary but I don't see what's so bad about pointing out that cheese itz aren't vegan? It's not like he went up to her and started talking about her lifestyle. She *told* him that she's a vegan and he pointed out her mistake.
She wears Cheeze-Itz!!!?? Rotfl

She probably doesn't want to be vegan, rather be able to tell people she's vegan. Let her live in her own fantasy world she's not hurting anyone but herself...
I know most vegans refrain from using leather because they are vegan for animal rights reasons. But if the person went vegan for health reasons, the boots wouldn't matter. I mean, presumably she doesn't eat her boots.
