Today, there is an annual solar eclipse. As I was buying the last pair of solar glasses to watch the eclipse with, some jerk snatched them out of my hands and bolted off with them. I now have to make the decision between watching the eclipse and not going blind. FML

No joke, all solar eclipse glasses were sold out. Even all the welding goggles were sold out at the hardware stores.

At least it wasn't raining like it was in my town. I've never seen an eclipse before :(

Jeez. I simply used my bare eyeballs and only glanced for split seconds at a time. It burned the image (temporarily) into my retinas making it visible in my field of vision after looking away. Only down-side is that you can't really see very well while the image is still floating in your rods & cones. Glance & blink. Simple shit.

You know you could've just made your own which is what I did. And even if you looked straight up at the sun you wouldn't have been able to see much of a difference because the sun is so bright. Doesn't science make you feel stupid?

Yaa Sunday my dad called me while I was at the mall. He's all happy he's like there's an eclipse in 15 minutes but don't look at it
