It's the thought that counts maybe it required a bit more actual thinking though.
its not the thought that counts. that is an extremely costly thought. Do you have any clue how much a new engine and flushing and or replacing a fuel system costs in a diesel vehicle costs??? pretty big ass thought there buddy.
106, do you even know what "it's the thought that counts" means?
The though cost $300 min
The thought probably costs at least 6k of its even worth repairing.
Buy him a butterfinger cup.
This looks like something I'm not going to find in Canada, unfortunately.
ohh. not good. hopefully he will appreciated the thought.
Duh
That could very well be true. The nozzle on the diesel line is bigger than the opening in a gasoline tank, but a gasoline line could fit into a diesel tank in this respect.
Sucks OP but you got lucky it wasnt the contrary. You can pump regular fuel out of a diesel truck fuel tank no problem; normal fuel evaporates so there shouldn't be any issues if you give it some time. If it was the other way around, truck would be toast; diesel fuel is oily and doesnt evaporate. FYL
Neither one will kill the truck if it's properly dealt with but both are terrible for the systems if not dealt with. Drain the tank change all the filters and flush the lines and ull be ok. If you didn't start it only drain the tank. Tho as engine damage goes gas in a diesel in far worse.
as long as you haven't started the engine yet you are good. if you have then you are more than likely screwed
I'm sure the engine was started it takes a day at least to get a FML posted.
Sorry 6 but pretty sure it's exactly the opposite.
your knowledge about the subject may be a little off....
Can't you siphon the gas out or something and then fill it back up with diesel. I think that's a good idea

Sorry OP good luck! That ruins the whole car! I hope your brother forgives you!
If you haven't started it yet there is still hope
