Today, was my graduation party. My birthday was about a week ago so my parents combined the presents. I thought it would be something big so I hinted for a new TV. I got a snuggie. FML

Today, I received my graduation gift, a bath robe, from my parents. My have two older sisters also graduated. The first one got a Tiffany's bracelet, the second one got a plane ticket to Europe. FML

Today, I attended my graduation ceremony. My parents acted mysteriously and kept urging me to go home, since we had to be "on time" for something. Thinking they might have planned a surprise party, I left my friends behind. I missed my graduation because my mom wanted to watch a TV show. FML

Today, my parents gave me my birthday present. Two weeks ago, I'd ordered an Xbox online. Three days ago, it came to my house, and my parents thought they could save money by putting wrapping paper on it, and giving it to me for my birthday. That's all they got me. FML

Today, I told my parents that all I wanted for my 18th birthday was to go to a restaurant in NYC for a nice dinner. My parents said no, because it would cost too much money. I came home to see my parents had bought a huge TV for $800. We already have 3 televisions. FML

@38...they don't sell Snuggies in stores (at least, not any store I would ever visit). They're mostly known from TV commercials. So unless your small town doesn't have television...

at least you can wear it outside at sporting events? you can answer the phone, pet the dog, enjoy a snack? you can knit and read with a child! even pour coffee, snuggle your baby... you get a ******* BOOKLIGHT, awesome. best part-- you look like a) a cult member or b) ******* HARRY POTTER. TV only makes you entertained and fat.
