Sorry but YDI. Text multitasking is a dangerous trend on the rise. People need to learn (unfortunately the hard way) not to do it anymore. Very glad you weren't driving at least!
Hahahaha
I can't imagine what possessed you to try that. People fall on treadmills while actually doing what they are SUPPOSED to do on them.
I don't pity you at all. It's common sense to work out without being on your phone or there is really no point in exercising at all if you stop to text every minute. Sometimes you just need to have some time to yourself instead of texting your boyfriend all day, everyday. It can't hurt to put your phone down for 15 minutes to jog on a treadmill.
Now here is a novel concept.... put the phone away!
I don't get why people try to text and work out...go take a walk then you obviously don't need a treadmill
Well... never lose your concentration? Happens to the best, so no worries.
I always just turn it down to walking speed when I text.
Any chance there was cctv filming that?

Did you do a barrel roll? That usually offsets the embarrassment in my experiences. Who can laugh at a badass barrel-roller?
People never learn....the treadmill is a dangerous place!
