Today, while examining my busted nose in the mirror, I had a sneeze attack. Now it looks like someone got their throat slashed in my bathroom. FML

Press your tongue tightly on your palate before you sneeze, it stops the sneezing action. Not that it helps much now but... For future reference I guess

I can empathise, as I've suffered nosebleeds since I was very young. I still remember a time when I freaked out my mum & granny, whilst enduring a nosebleed. The blood didn't seem to be coming out quickly enough for the flow & it decided to start coming out of both my eyes (which resulted in a very fast trip to the hospital). It never came from my eyes ever since. The doctors were always trying to cauterise the back of my nose (I counted more than 10 of those appointments), but it never stopped the blood from pouring out again & again ... I still do get heavy nosebleeds from time to time; mostly when I'm really stressed out or too hot. Honestly, if it had been ME in the middle of a nosebleed & then I suddenly had a sneezing fit, I have to confess that I'd also have a fit of the giggles (I always laugh when I sneeze, for some weird reason). I wouldn't laugh at your misfortune, though, as I'm more respectful than that. =o)
