Common sense is "don't drink and drive", literally. Driving with one hand - not a great idea. Not that horrible, but when you're also concentrating on keeping a liquid balanced... That's a recipe for disaster.

My grandma used to drink tea with apple cider vinegar and she spilled that on me in the car one morning. I smelled like vinegar for the rest of the day. So I totally feel your pain.
