Today, while playing with a group of kids at the school where I work, I heard an immense rip. I looked down and recoiled in shock as I noticed a gaping maw in my pants stretching from my ass to my left kneecap. I had to finish the rest of the day and walk home like that. FML

I love the wording. "An immense rip". Being the child-trapped-in-an-adults-body that I am, I thought it was a monolithic butt-burp

If you work at a school with children, they would not let you finish the day with a rip in your pants. You work with kids. They would either give you another pair of pants or send you home

Did you try staples? My school had trousers that apparently couldn't stay together. The guys would staple them together or try to sew them while wearing them. It actually worked really well.
