Toxic masculinity = No housework

Today, my boyfriend got upset after I politely asked him to do the laundry. He takes every chance he gets to act macho and brag to people about how he's in the Marines, but apparently he is too much of a pussy to act like a man and clean his own clothes. FML

If he can fight for the country, he can do laundry for his wife.

I'm glad I live in Asia where women don't complain about doing chores.

Are you kidding me people? Listen, there is no draft in place in this country, he joined the Marines of his Own. Free. Will. That doesn't mean that he has no other responsibilities when he gets home, this coming from someone who has lived in a military family their entire life. Sure, you can cut the guy some slack, but his girlfriend is not his maid, no matter what his occupation.

I dare you to call him that to his face. Now go wash his clothes!

i ******* hate the macho ******* like that

Well he is the man and your his girl? He's 'old fashioned' that way i guess so think hard if thats not sometholing you can deal with.

If he's in the marines he knows how to do his own laundry. And what did he do before you were there?
