At least it's probably not too late to rekindle a relationship if he's talking to you now. :)
You know I read FML's like this and by instinct I say that the father's should give space, but at the same time I realized that when I do have a daughter I'm going to feel the exact same way and be super over protective of her.
Dating your coworkers more often than not is a bad idea. When a relationship with a coworker ends it does usually in the worst way. The old phrase "don't eat where you shit" comes to mind. If your dad was his boss it could get complicated if he had to discipline him. There is enough on the internet and books relationships available to know that dating co-workers and friends is generally a bad idea. Fml is filled with stuff about bad relationships with co-workers or friends dating that didn't end well.
Wow that really sucks
ahh fatherly love ^_^
Your dad went around threatening his subordinates in office to keep off you. That's doing personal work in office time. Totally unethical! Complain about him to his boss.
lmao
At least you have a Dad to protect you. some others do not. Even if it is a bit overprotective he is just trying to do what he thinks is best for you OP.
work and romance do not always work, good for your dad. bad for you.

Awesome dad
At least daddy loves you, he just doesn't want you to get hurt.
