If you're determined to marry this guy, may I suggest eloping. And if he worries about his family, you can let him know they hate your guts anyway. But are you sure you want to do this? His family sounds just awful, and you will be tied to them, whether you like it or not.
This is what I can't stand about marriage. Once you marry your spouse you have to deal with their family and its not fair at all.
The correct response is, "Eat a dick grandma." See if everyone pretends nothing happened then.
So... leave? Clearly you weren't wanted there. See if they can pretend like nothing happened when you're no longer at the table when your fiance returns.
Nana knows best
You should tell your fiancé, and he might be able to talk to them. But don't let them get in the way of true love okay? ;)
That's when you respond with "Eh. You'll be dead soon anyways"

Tell your fiancee later, hopefully he'll understand.
Yikes. I think a talk with your fiance is in order. I doubt he'd think you're making that up, and he should really know if his family is unpleasant to you. Hopefully he'll explain to them that they should be civil to you. Maybe Grandma is going cuckoo though.
