Where d'you go?!

Today, I thought it would be nice to take my girlfriend out to a nice restaurant for my birthday. She got a little headache after we ordered, so she went outside to get some air. I ate a $100 meal and had Happy Birthday sang to me by the restaurant staff. Alone. FML

You didn't cancel the order and take your girlfriend home instead due to her not feeling too well?

and you didn't go outside to see if she was okay and see why she was out there so long? and bring her back in?

maybe it was karma for being arrogant enough to take her out for your birthday and have happy birthday sung to yourself?

Everyone here is stupid, don't listen to them. Your girlfriend is cheating on you, did she receive a phone call or a text message before she "went out for air" ? Women won't want to be involved in meaningful plans with a person they are cheating on, and will begin showing odd behaviors to get out of them. Since when does getting air help a headache? Also, as a few people stated why wasn't it her idea to take you out on your birthday instead of you taking her out on your birthday? Something is up, I would look into it.

Why did YOU take HER out for YOUR birthday?

Actually he kinda deserves it , I mean he took her out for HIS birthday to a nice restaurant , how about HER birthday?I bet you didn't do the same that's why she got a headache and left !

If HE has to take them both out for HIS birthday, then why should he have to take HER out for HER birthday too? If he is paying for his own birthday meal, then surely she pays for hers? For some reason, despite equal pay and equal opportunities, a lot of women feel it's the man's responsibility to pay for all of the dates...

Why are so many people implying he did something wrong?! It's his birthday dinner. It is one hour, two tops, of one day of an entire year. Be a good girlfriend, suck your headache up, and let him enjoy his dinner - unless you're actually feeling so bad you are ready to call an ambulance.
