Whole foods

Today, my 17 year-old daughter told me she was going to bake a cake. When she finished, she offered me some, but it was crunchy. I asked her why and she said the recipe said to put eggs in. She put them in whole. FML

How does one go 17 years without knowing how to crack an egg? Or that it needs to be cracked?

She sounds brilliant! Get into Harvard or another Ivey league school pronto! No seriously never let her cook anything for you! FYL op

Sorry but how does one go seventeen years and not teach their child to crack an egg?

To be fair, if she used a box mix, it doesn't say anything about not adding the shell in the directions. I mean, common sense, but she could have followed the directions to a 'T' and still not have known. The directions usually do say "whole eggs."

Teenagers these days are so stupid. They lack the basic skills of life

The irony is that she probably has a 4.0 GPA

Wow... Was it a silver or gold spoon placed into your daughters mouth at birth? What is the world coming to that a 17 year old doesn't know to crack an egg? This generation is freaking stupid
