Today, my girlfriend said she hates my feet and it’s a real turn off. It’s got to the point where if she sees my feet in bed she won’t sleep in the same bed as me. I hate wearing socks in bed, so not sure how we can resolve this. FML

Honestly if that is your thing, and she is not into it, it's probably for the best. You likely weren't going to change her mind and do you want to go through life not being sexually satisfied? You would grow to resent her as selfish. Don't discount the importance of sexual compatibility in a relationship.

It's not like foot fetish is the only thing that satisfies him. I think people should respect their partners and not force them into something they are not comfortable with. Way too many people think that their partner is obligated to agree/try the fetish just so the other is satisfied. If you're forcing your partner into something uncomfortable you're the selfish one.

I get if she didn't like feet, not wanting to share in your foot fetish but to dump you without a word is just cold. I have plenty of friends that I get along with, despite them liking feet and me being borderline foot-phobic.
