Cela reste un magasin. :) La démo se fait au comptoir, c'est une exigence pour simplement éviter les retours pour "mauvais fonctionnement", on met les piles, ça marche et 2-3 conseils (entretien, utilisation, ...). On contrôle les appareils devant le client pour ne pas avoir un "ça marche pas" 1h après. C'est toujours délicat pour les "échanges". Et si le client hésite entre plusieurs modèles, on déballe tout et on met en route pour qu'il puisse se faire une idée. De grands moments de solitude en perspective. :))
