Or just peanuts. A soda pop if you're lucky.
This has Northwest Airlines, now Delta, written all over it.
This happened to me, with Delta. I landed in another city, which was where I was to connect to another flight, and set me and 3 other passengers up at a hotel, for free. They paid, for each of us, for the cab fares, hotel suites, gave is 3 food vouchers, and let us board first since we were there for 20 hours. 2 of the other passengers were going where I was, so we got all together and toured the city before going back to the airport, all for free.
At least you've some company, and I hope there isn't any kid home alone waiting for you.
Nah, Macaulay Culkin taught me that kids do just fine when left Home Alone.
20- As long as they have an elementary knowledge of physics, engineering and the workings of the game mousetrap.
And Rube Goldberg machines.
Hopefully you are stuck in a nice, big airport, not one of those god awful ones with stained carpets and a creepy hobo hanging out by the one and only vending machine.
I had that happen to me before, except I was the creepy hobo. Well, I wasn't that creepy..... at least I think I wasn't.
Been there... I hope your flight ends up being okay. I'm not really sure why they didn't switch your flight back to the original one in this case, though.
Hi. I like to know you. Where are you from?
Two words bro, private message.
I don't see why you couldn't be quickly moved to your other flight and made them do some airport magic to get everything where it should go. If you were switched to an earlier flight to avoid the delay, and then the earlier flight was cancelled, shouldn't the later Flight have been an option? And shoot 6 beat me
Customer service is dead.
It depends on the customer server. Some are great; some aren't.

Time really does fly and so does the flight you should have taken.
