Je suis l'auteur(e) de cette VDM. N'arrivant plus depuis de longs mois à me connecter sur mon compte, j'en ai créé un exprès afin d'apporter quelques précisions. En effet je suis entreprise privée mais je travaille directement avec le SAMU. Pour faire simple, le SAMU m'appelle avec un code d'intervention, et selon la gravité du cas, on a des degrés d'intervention: U1: nous travaillons en équipe avec le médecin et l'infirmière du SMUR car il s'agit d'une urgence vitale U2: urgence grave Dans ces deux cas, notre délai d'intervention est de 20 minutes maximum U3: urgence relative (où l'usage du deux tons et des bleus est interdit) Tout cela est donc bien réglémenté, mais j'admets que certains en abusent, bien que ce ne soit pas le cas chez nous. J'espère vous avoir éclairé et merci de m'avoir validée :)
