Alors j'ai tout simplement dis que je n'ai plus internet depuis une bonne heure sans avoir fais une quelconque manipulation et que j'aimerais comprendre on me dit que je vais etre redirigé vers le service technique car c'est a eux de regler le probleme, je reexplique mon soucis au technicien je fais les manip de base qu'il me demande de faire et voyant que ca ne marche toujours pas il me lance cette sublime phrase, vous pouvez maintenant stopper les commentaires à la faute du client
