Bonjour à tous, je suis l'auteur de la VDM. Quelques infos complémentaires: -non, je n'ai pas eu le job. Le plus drôle, c'est que j'ai eu l'occasion de discuter avec mon "adversaire" puisque nous avons eu un entretien final l'un après l'autre, et qu'en ce qui le concerne il en était là, outre ses compétences que je ne renie absolument pas, par "cooptation" de la part d'un membre de sa famille. (sans langue de bois, du piston quoi). -Je ne pense pas qu'il s'agissait de tentative de déstabilisation, puisqu'il a été ajouté que la diversité de ces expériences était "mauvaise" et montrait "de la dispersion". J'ai argumenté que ça montrait au contraire une ouverture d'esprit et une faculté d'adaptation. Malheureusement en France, on veut du 100% lisse. En moi-même je pensais "excuse moi de ne pas cumuler un poste de retourneur de steak chez mc do, retourneur de steak chez quick et retourneur de steak au burger king pour être plus lisse". -J'ai eu l'occasion de bosser en Australie et au Royaume-uni, où avoir des expériences multiples constitue une force. Revenu en France pour rester un peu auprès de ma famille, j'ai compris qu'ici, c'est un risque, une faiblesse. Conclusion: je refais mes valises et vais rejoindre un marché du travail plus adapté à mon profil. -Pendant mes études, malgré ces boulots, je conservais une très bonne part de loisirs, de sport, de sorties, c'était une question d'organisation, pas des plus reposantes, mais faisable. Courage à tous ceux qui galèrent à cumuler boulot et études, courage à ceux qui galèrent à trouver du boulot tout court. Si vous sentez que le marché du travail français ne vous convient pas ou que vous ne convenez pas à ce marché du travail, faites vos valises. Le monde est grand et les opportunités accessibles à ceux qui veulent prendre leur destin en main. Pavé César.
