Bonjour. Je suis l'auteure de cette presque VDM et je reviens vers vous aujourd'hui pour vous expliquer le fin mot de l'histoire. Cette facture arrivait juste au moment où on allait devenir propriétaires. Et mon mari ne voulait pas la payer car il estimait que c'était au vendeur de la payer. Mais il faut savoir que le vendeur est un ami à nous et qu'il nous a aidé à démarrer notre vie. Donc, pour moi, payer la facture c'était comme pour lui dire merci pour tous les services rendus. Par la suite, on a appris que de toute façon que juridiquement on devait payer la facture... mais avec un petit pourcentage car j'ai une plus grosse part de l'appartement ! Donc, mon mari a finalement accepté de payer sa (petite) part !
