alors voila la recette: pour 4 fondants au chocolat noir) 2 oeufs 80 g de sucre roux 120 g de chocolat à 70% de cacao 80 g de beurre 20 g de farine Recette du fondant au chocolat, coeur coulant Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Faites fondre le chocolat avec le beurre au bain-marie ou directement au four à micro-ondes. Battez les oeufs avec le sucre jusqu'à ce que le mélange blanchisse et incorporez y la farine tamisée. Mélangez les deux préparations avec une spatule. Versez la pâte dans vos moules individuels (beurrés si besoin) et enfournez pour 7 à 8 minutes à 220°C. Sortez les fondants au chocolat du four et laissez les refroidir quelques minutes avant de les démouler. Vous pouvez servir les fondants au chocolat tels quels ou bien accompagnés d'une crème anglaise, d'une boule de glace à la vanille ou d'une purée de fraises. Avec une cuisson parfaite, ces fondants au chocolat sont croquants en surface, moëlleux dedans et coulants à coeur. Un vrai délice à la sortie du four. Ps: perso je rajoute un carré de chocolat dans chaque moule juste avant la cuisson: coulant assuré!!
