tiens ! mon histoire est passée ! Bon, ça remonte à quelques années déjà (ça fait plus de 10 ans que j'ai quitté le bahut, heureusement d'ailleurs). J'avais peiné à rassembler les quelques pièces manquantes pour me payer une boisson (eh oui, le pléonasme "étudiant fauché" prend toute sa signification !) auprès d'autres étudiants dans la même situation financière que moi. Et quand vient le grand moment de détente attendu, je mets mes 20 pièces de 10 cents dans la machine, j'appuie sur le bouton, et là, c'est le drame : une canette intacte, NON DÉCAPSULÉE, précision qui a toute son importance, mais VIDE. J'ai d'abord cru à une blague, j'ai retourné la canette dans tous les sens pour voir s'il y avait le moindre trou, RIEN ! Même pas de traces "collantes" sur la canette, pouvant laisser penser que le contenu se serait échappé par le trou créé. J'ai donc contacté le service Conso, renvoyé la canette (que je n'avais toujours pas décapsulée, forcément) et ai reçu en retour un BA de 10 € pour l'achat d'autres boissons, avec un mot d'excuse. Preuve, une fois de plus, que le risque 0 n'existe pas. Et comme certains le pensent, je pencherai aussi pour la version du livreur qui remplit le distrib' sans faire gaffe qu'il y avait une boîte vide dans le lot, par automatisme.
