Bonsoir, et merci d'avoir validé ma VDM ! Quelques précisions, il ne s'agit pas d'un call center ou d'une hot-line, c'est tout simplement un numéro vert, mis en place par un établissement public - dont je tairais le nom - et que les usagers peuvent appeler pour avoir des informations ou râler un bon coup, comme ce monsieur :) Ce qui m'a fait rire c'est le décalage entre la réalité - une nana au téléphone dans un préfabriqué qui prend les quelques dizaines d'appels par jour de ce numéro, entre autres fonctions - et l'image qu'il s'en faisait : le méga centre d'appel à l'autre bout du monde digne d'une multinationale. C'est comme si une mairie délocalisait son accueil téléphonique au Pakistan :D Il n'y a pas assez d'appels, et surtout pas de budget pour ça. Et je pense que ce monsieur aurait été le premier à gueuler que ses impôts n'ont pas à être utilisés comme ça... Dernière chose, je suis certes alsacienne mais je n'ai pas d'accent et ne parle pas vraiment le dialecte...j'ai ptet quelques intonations mais vertami ya pas de honte à chanter sa région :) A bon entendeur, ceux qui ont osé parler du "vieil accent" de notre belle région (eh oui on est chauvin, et si vous ne comprenez pas pourquoi, venez visiter l'Alsace et vous verrez bien) Sur ce, hopla geiss, bonne soirée, je retourne à la confection de mes bredele !!! :)
