Bonjour à tous ! Merci pour la validation de cette VDM ! J'ai pu voir que certains étaient perplexe et se posaient plusieurs questions. C'est donc pourquoi je vais y répondre : Suite à cet échange avec ladite connaissance (qui, au passage, était super content d'avoir trouvé un appartement dans ses critères de recherche et qui s'empressait d'aller le visiter), j'ai donc pris contact avec mon proprio. Celui-ci s'est donc bien évidemment excusé et m'a confirmé que je garderai mon appartement (valait mieux pour lui !). L'explication du quiproquo est la suivante : Un de mes voisins est parti peu de temps après mon arrivée. Du coup, il a pensé que c'était mon appartement qui était libre (pour le coup, il a avoué avoir été plutot tête en l'air). Et il ne s'était pas rendu compte de la boulette puisque pour lui il devait recevoir 6 loyers sur 7 et que c'était le cas. Il y donc bien un appartement de libre (donc pour ceux qui pensaient que c'était un escroc, ceci n'est pas vrai - enfin du moins pas avec les appartements). Et pour ceux qui se posaient la question : Non, l'appartement n'a pas été visité. Ils avaient simplement convenus d'un rendez-vous. Et c'est en remarquant l'endroit, que mon ami a pris contact avec moi. Après réflexion, cette histoire était plutot amusante à vivre (enfin après la résolution du problème surtout). Je n'en veux pas au propriétaire qui, au final, a simplement fait une petite étourderie et qui s'est excusé pour la gêne occasionnée (bon faudrait pas que ça arrive tous les mois non plus...). Et pour ceux qui se poseraient la question, mon ami (après visite de l'appartement libre) pense qu'il ne va pas le prendre. Voila, j'éspère que ces explications vous auront été utiles. Si vous avez d'autres questions n'hesitez pas. Et pour finir, je tenais encore à vous remercier pour vos commentaires qui sont extrêmement amusants à lire :)
