Hello les gens, je suis l'auteure. Merci d'avoir publié mon message de détresse. :) Je ne suis pas fleuriste (mais maintenant j'ai de belles plantes vertes rempotées au bureau et de maaagnifiques potées devant), mais vétérinaire. Comme on est une petite structure et que l'économie est ce qu'elle est, on a besoin de fidéliser les clients, essayer de s'arranger au mieux pour les rendez-vous, et je suis ascendant Saint-Bernard de toute façon. Pour ceux qui se demanderaient, en week-end/jour férié, on peut avoir des consultations de suivi (pour les gens qui ne peuvent "pas du tout, je vous assure" en semaine, mais dont on a besoin de revoir l'animal), des soins de type changements de pansements, des soins sur animaux hospitalisés que les propriétaires n'ont pas pu/voulu récupérer, et les urgences (absolues... ou le type qui a vu de la lumière et vient acheter de l'anti-puces). Là, plusieurs personnes m'avaient assurée qu'elles ne pouvaient "ab-so-lu-ment pas" un autre jour que jeudi... mais ont visiblement changé d'avis, oublié, ou préféré aller à la piscine ; certains ont eu la décence de prévenir, d'autres non. Bref. Personne. Finalement, j'ai eu quelques "chats" dans l'après-midi pour justifier ma présence, dont un fourni avec un propriétaire fascinant qui devait venir à 9 h, s'est pointé vers 17 h la bouche en cœur : "Vous comprenez c'est férié, aujourd'hui, alors j'ai fait la grasse matinée et profité un peu du soleil." Mais j'ai de belles plantes vertes maintenant, j'insiste.
