Bonjour a tous. Je suis déjà super ravie de voir que ma VDM était publiée et je vois qu'elle fait beaucoup parler. En lisant vos commentaires, je vois "de tout". Entre ceux qui sont contre ces fameuses salades toutes prêtes pleines de gras sucres et additifs en tout genre, et ceux qui sont anti charcuterie mauvaise pour notre cholestérol. Bref, j'ai l'impression de me retrouver sur un forum sur la santé alimentaire ! J'avoue il est bien mieux d acheter les carottes pour faire des carottes râpées. Mais ce jour la, nous faisions quelques achats en vue d'un pique nique (non mentionné sur la VDM) , j'ai voulu acheter du "tout fait", faute de temps, entre carottes râpées, jambon blanc, pain, et des compote en gourdes ( pour ne pas citer de marque !). Et Monsieur mon conjoint (lol) a trouvé ce repas de pique nique pas assez consistant, peur de faire une crise d'hypoglycémie pendant la randonnée (sympa d'ailleurs). Donc il a préféré sandwich pâté jambon cru, chips, saucisson et une pomme (ouahhhh !!!!) Heureusement que la randonnée était assez physique pour tout éliminer !!! Donc voilà vous savez tout !!!
