Bonjour à tous, je viens donner des nouvelles, quelques années plus tard. Parce que j'ai envie. La VDM a été postée avec un ancien compte, libre à vous de me croire ou non. Alors, est ce que j'ai tenu ? Oui, quelques mois. Puis j'ai repris. Quelques mois la aussi. J'ai tout essayé, les patchs, la gum, la vappe etc. Au final j'ai arrêté à nouveau, grâce a la volonté. Puis j'ai eu envie de reprendre, et au lieu de replonger dans la cigarette j'ai choisi la vappe. Une qui me convenait mieux que la précédente. Alors je fume encore, si on considère ça ainsi, mais je ne pue plus le tabac, ce qui selon moi est un progrès majeur. Je me sens mieux aussi. Et la cigarette ne me manque absolument pas, elle me fait même horreur.
