Amis du jour, Bonjour ! Je suis l'auteur de la VDM (ça ne sera peut-être pas justifié, vu que mon pseudo n'apparait pas sur la VDM, qu'elle m'apparait toujours "en cours de moderation", et que sur mon tel, je suis connecté mais hors-ligne, 'fin bon, un petit bug) Dans l'idée, nous travaillons dans un duplex, et on descendait les escaliers pour aller manger quand on a surpris cette conversation. Tout le monde semblait être de mèche, et ne voulais pas nous en parler. On a hésiter à rester pour ne pas manger, mais ça faisait déjà quelques temps que je ne mange pas le soir chez moi (étant un étudiant avec plus de flemme que d'argent, vous connaissez). Au final, on y est allé, on voulait pas faire un mauvais coup à l'équipe, parce que le stage se termine bientôt et que, par respect envers les autres employés, on ne veux pas spécialement créer de tensions. Pour ceux qui se demandaient : non, ce n'est pas pour eux un problème d'argent mais bien un problème d'entente. Ma directrice n'a pas compris le principe d'un stagiaire, n'a pas lu la convention, et à un caractère bien trempé. Elle nous a à plusieurs reprises rabaissés (voire humiliés, une fois), et on ne répond pas, parce qu'on n'écoute pas ce qu'elle dit, tout simplement (j'ai arrêté d'ecouter ce que je pensais être des conseils quand elle a commencé à nous insulter sans justification, en disant par exemple qu'on est sale (on fait l'effort de bien s'habiller, et honnêtement, on est plus propre que beaucoup d'employes), ou que nos parents sont des cons, etc (j'en passe bien sûr)) Bref. Dans tous les cas, je compatis à tout ceux qui ont eu des embrouilles du genre, je sais que c'est vraiment dommage d'avoir à se forcer à travailler pour une personne malhonnête, mais bon, je me dis que ça me forge au monde de l'entreprise, et ça m'apprends à travailler avec ce genre de patron ingrat ! Vu que ses insultes sont injustifiées, je n'en tiens pas rigueur, et j'attends avec impatience la fin du stage !
