Bonjour bonjour! Oui bon, j'arrive un peu après la bataille (déménagement + coupure d'internet obligent) pour vous apporter quelques précisions sur cette VDM (postée sans compte, je n'en avais pas à l'époque) : - tout d'abord cette dame n'est pas fonctionnaire et moi non plus - on s'occupe du réaménagement de leur service, du coup on demande à ce que les documents importants (ici de la préfecture) nous soient envoyés directement, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas - notre système d'archivage est plutôt efficace, on a un serveur et des gros classeurs pour garder les originaux, mais là forcément, on ne trouvait rien puisqu'on n'avait JAMAIS EU l'original - c'est ma collègue qui était au téléphone (moi je fouillais dans les classeurs), elle ne s'est pas énervée et a pris ça avec humour. Je sais pas comment elle fait, moi j'aurais craqué! La cliente s'est quand même sentie un peu conne, elle a même fini par nous scanner le fameux doc! Mais pas le jour même hein, ça devait être vachement compliqué, si ça se trouve le service repro est DE L'AUTRE CÔTE DU COULOIR...! En fait, je pense qu'elle ne voulait pas du tout gagner du temps mais au contraire en perdre. Elle nous a déjà appelés plusieurs fois pour des (broutilles) problèmes dans le but secret de nous raconter sa vie, mais elle nous a jamais fait ce coup là, elle devait avoir épuisé toutes ses autres excuses... L'avantage c'est que depuis, elle n'a pas récidivé, du moins pas encore :D Et pour finir un petit message perso à mon frère qui a dit (au sujet de la VDM) : "Noooon?! Ca existe vraiment? Je pensais que celle-là c'était un fake..." Frérot si tu passes par là, tu vas te faire fouetter avec des orties! Mouahaha... Sur ce, bonnes vacances à ceux qui en ont et bon courage à tous les autres!
