Bonjour je suis l'auteur. Pour expliquer la situation, cette histoire m'est arrivé l'année de mes 18 ans. J'ai acheté ma première voiture pour partir en vacance, le payement automatique de l'essence était donc quelque chose d'inconnu pour moi ( en mode : Comment ça marche ce truc ? ça met "payement accepté" alors que je n'ai même pas mis une goûte de carburant dans ma voiture ô.o). Habitant en Ile-De-France j'ai fait ce fameux plein à Carcassonne avant de prendre l'autoroute pour rentrer chez moi afin d'éviter de payer 10 centimes de plus par litre sur les stations d'autoroute (d'où mon achat de seulement 20 litres car je devais déjà avoir 1/2 plein) . Pour l'histoire du ticket j'avais mis "non" et croyez moi que depuis j'ai toujours demandé mon ticket même lorsque je paye en espèce à la caisse. Ce n'est que deux - trois jours plus tard, après être rentré, que j'ai constaté la note salée en pensant avoir été victime d'une arnaque de la station service ou d'un dysfonctionnement au niveau de ma banque. Je suis de suite allé voir cette dernière pour demander des explications et surtout me faire rembourser si l'erreur venait d'eux. C'est au final ma banquière qui m'a tout expliqué sur le fonctionnement des pompes à carburant, le fait que le montant à payer est déterminé au moment où on repose le pistolet sur le support, qu'il faut avoir un minimum de 120€ sur son compte... Elle m'a conseillé d'aller voir la station service pour obtenir gain de cause mais malheureusement elle se trouvait à Carcassonne, à 800 kilomètres de chez moi. J'espère que ma maladresse aura bénéficié à une personne vivant avec des fins de mois difficiles plutôt qu'à une personne sans aucun problème financier. PS : Malgré le ♀ je suis un mec.
