Bonjour, maintenant que je suis à mon nouveau poste, je peux enfin répondre avec tous les éléments. Ma démission a bien été envoyée par recommandé avec AR au service RH. Celle-ci a informé mon ancien chef de service qui est devenu hystérique. Je n'ai parlé à personne de mon nouveau poste, que ce soit des collègues ou des proches avant que je ne l'occupe. Mon ancien chef de service est une personne qui veut avoir de l'emprise sur tout son service et qui sait mieux que les personnes ce qui est bon pour elles. J'étais ouvrier (même si j'ai un DUT) dans mon ancien emploi avec des missions et objectifs d'agent de maîtrise et de contremaître. Je demandais juste à passer agent de maîtrise pour reconnaître les différents travaux que j'ai pû effectuer et qui ont été reconnus par l'ingénieur comme étant excellents et de plus notifiés dans mes entretiens annuels. Lors de mon entretien d'embauche pour le nouveau poste, le responsable technique a bien compris que je n'étais pas juste un ouvrier lors de la visite de l'usine et que le poste de contremaître était plus en accord avec mes compétences. Cela tombait bien vu qu'il recherchait un contremaître également. Mon ancien chef savait que le concurrent cherchait un agent de maîtrise donc il les a appelé. Ensuite le directeur de mon ancien boulot, la RH et le chef de service m'ont mis la pression pendant le mois de préavis. Ils cherchaient à me faire culpabiliser par des moyens très douteux et en dernier recours de me proposer de me libérer qu'au mois de septembre vu que ça va être compliqué de me remplacer. Mon nouvel employeur est resté de marbre à tous leurs appels en leur disant juste que s'ils mettaient autant d'énergie à me décridibiliser, c'est que je devais être un bon élément. Sur conseil de mon avocat, j'ai enregistré les différents entretiens de manière discrète pour ensuite déposer une plainte au prud'hommes.
