Today, my girlfriend told me she’s visiting her male friend for her birthday. I told her I’m fine with it, but I'm really not. She’s going to spend a few days with him. FML

Bro, this is on you for not telling her truthfully that you’re not okay with it. Depending on what her relationship with the friend is even like, what “a few days” is, and whether or not she was planning something with you after, you may also need to take a deep breath and let go of that jealousy.
